My biography: For the last 30+ years I built a successful career in retail sales by cultivating trust. This was founded on relationship based philosophy. This experience granted me the privilege of being surrounded with amazingly talented people. Understanding how to build strong sales teams allowed me to advance through various management roles that led me to becoming a District Manager.
This role, which I help for the last 15 years taught me the value of planning and execution. In fact, I will claim this was the primary reason for my success as a DM.
Having the organizational experience was a great asset but there seemed to always be something missing. I realized that what mattered to me most was my direct connection with our customers.
Working directly with the customer and helping them to achieve their goals was something that I found most rewarding. The real estate industry provided the direct connection with the client that I was seeking. Joining the Century 21 Heritage family made it feel right!
My goal is to provide my clients the same level of service that I wish to receive!
